Refund & Exchange

At Heya Hawa, every piece is designed with love to celebrate you — just as you are.  We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful with your choice. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you — no worries, no stress.

Return/Exchange policy:

• You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged will not be accepted.
• We transfer the money through Instapay, or any mobile wallet within 24 hours after we receive your order and it passes the quality check.
• Returns and exchanges will require paying shipping fees.
• You can exchange each item only once - once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
• If a returned product is missing any accessories , an additional fee of 60 egp will be applied.
  
  

Non-returnable items:

• Items marked as final sale or custom-made cannot be returned or exchanged.
